Appointment Desk (Katy, Texas)

We seek an individual with pleasant & professional communication skills to assist with incoming phone calls.

The Call Center representative will be part of a team that sets the tone for the patient experience by directing incoming calls to the proper party or assists them in scheduling appointments for office visits with our 6 physicians. Qualified candidates will have medical office experience including in-depth knowledge of insurance plans, strong data entry skills and the ability to work in a "not so quiet" working environment. In addition, they should truly enjoy assisting people and be committed to making sure the patient needs are met.

This is a Full-time position.
Office Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday: 7:30am – 4pm
Friday: 7am – 1pm
