About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Relations II professional who can own customer relationships from start to finish — juggling orders, communicating timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and keeping customers feeling supported every step of the way.
This is not a passive, ticket‑taking customer service job.
This is a high‑impact, high‑energy role at the center of our contract manufacturing operations.
Clear, confident, and timely communication — both internally and externally — is absolutely essential for success.
What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for key customers
- Manage orders from entry to shipment with speed, accuracy, and follow‑through
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Production & Quality to keep projects moving
- Communicate quickly and clearly with customers and internal teams
- Deliver fast, transparent updates on timelines, changes, and solutions
- Keep customer data, forecasts, and inventory records organized and current
- Jump into meetings, calls, and cross‑functional tasks at a moment’s notice
- Stay ahead of issues with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset
What You Bring
- The ability to move quickly while staying extremely organized
- Comfort switching between tasks, teams, and priorities all day long
- Exceptional communication skills, both internal and customer‑facing
- Strong written and verbal skills with a professional, polished demeanor
- Experience in customer service or account management (manufacturing/CPG a plus)
- Excel/Office skills; ERP experience helpful
