We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team of skilled health care professionals at our skilled nursing facility in West Babylon !
Responsibilities :
Provide rehabilitation services and complete Evaluations / Screens
Develop and improve the skills needed for the daily functioning of your patients
Accurately completes and documents all treatment procedures and functional mobility tasks in a timely manner.
Provides education on selected treatment procedures and functional activities to patients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
Supervise COTA`s
Qualified applicants must :
Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program
Hold a license as a Occupational Therapist in the state of New York
