Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of long term care/ skilled nursing experience required.
- Strong knowledge of social work practices, ethics, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in utilizing technology for data analysis and reportin
The Director of Social Services Prepares and maintains current case records for each resident including nature of social problems and notes from conferences held with resident, family or significant other. They will also perform a variety of services for meeting the psychosocial needs of residents and their families such as assisting with initial adjustment and subsequent changes, crisis management, providing financial counseling and assistance and coordinating in house room transfers.
