Who we’re looking for:
A highly motivated team member that will contribute to the growth of the Accounting department at BSGI. Also, someone who wants to provide World Class service to our ever expanding customer base. The position entails:
- Review contracts to determine appropriate invoicing, per terms of each individual contract.
- Design and generate customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate issues and resolutions timely, effectively and professionally.
- Analyze and revise all billing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain internal control compliance for specific, key controls within the billing processes.
Where you’ll be located:
- You will be based out of our Corporate office in Reading, PA
Requirements
What you need to know:
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and establish strong relationships with business partners.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; familiarity with web-based applications.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including the proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and work in a structured, deadline driven setting.
- Demonstrated ability to follow-through on assignments to ensure resolution.
