Position Overview:

As a Guest Service Associate at our dealership, you'll play a vital role as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your customer-centric and courteous demeanor will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring visitors and callers have an exemplary customer experience. This role will supervise vehicle deliveries and pick-up, guaranteeing each customer is up-to-date and informed. Additionally, this role requires professionalism and the ability to handle competing priorities, including answering the phone, greeting guests and vendors directing them to the intended department. This multifaceted role involves general clerical duties, allowing you to contribute to the smooth functioning of our dealership.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year professional office experience and be highly dependable and customer service oriented.
• At least 18 years of age
