We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Intake Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door at a reputable law firm. As our ideal candidate, you are highly organized and have strong personal drive.

This position is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical related tasks. Responsibilities to include answering incoming telephone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, handling new client intakes, mail distribution, as well as performing clerical duties like filing, scanning and photocopying.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree [GED]
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, internet, Outlook email
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong proactive approach and shows initiative
  • Ability to stay organized & manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
