Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Planner/Event Planner to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing events from start to finish, with a focus on delivering fun, strategic, and impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all customer-facing events, including trainings, appreciation outings, and internal employee events.
- Coordinate sales/prospecting events with Marketing and Sales, including event displays and setup.
- Handle full event logistics, including seating, dining, guest lists, flow, vendor coordination, and accommodations.
- Oversee all aspects of Customer Training & Appreciation events, both in-person and virtual.
- Maintain communications with customers and internal stakeholders pre-, during, and post-event.
- Manage customer forums and event-related strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Use a consultative approach to align event execution with business objectives.
- Manage branded swag and promotional items; assist with regional events and content creation.
- Participate in planning meetings and support various company initiatives as needed.
- Track and report event budgets, expenses, and financial accuracy; process vendor payments.
- Gather and analyze post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
