Role Overview
- Position: Visual Merchandising Specialist
- Location: NYC
- Reports To: Senior Manager, VM
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Duration: Temp through 12/31, with potential quarterly extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop working templates for VM guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist with prop strategies, space planning, and monthly marketing updates.
- Support VM setups for new stores, remodels, relocations, and initiatives.
- Manage digital platforms for uploading and distributing VM guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners for smooth VM execution.
Basic Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or multi-brand settings.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS (InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business Management Degree or equivalent.
