Job Description
- Work in call center environment contacting accounts that are overdue
- Take payments over phone
- Work out payment arrangements with consumers.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Adhere to all consumer protection laws
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work until 9pm two nights per week.
- Must have good verbal communication skills.
- Must have customer service or collections experience.
- Must be able to work in a windows based computer operating system.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
