What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Specialist position at Bernatello's?
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in training of sales staff as deemed necessary by District Manager.
- Complete review sheets on sales staff during ride along. District Manager will then utilize information in bi-annual reviews with the sales team.
- Assist District Manager to ensure 100% execution of "Pizza 101" throughout the district.
- Run relief vacation routes for sales staff where deemed necessary by District Manager.
- Must be well versed in completing planograms and resets for accounts as specified.
- Call on and develop new accounts as determined.
- Directly manage retail accounts as determined by the district manager. Conduct business reviews monthly with customers, and manage to established sales goals and contribution.
- Assist District Managers in creating a positive work environment establishing a highly motivated, dynamic sales team.
- Be instrumental in providing valuable input and recommendations to the district manager on all aspects of DSD business within the district.
- Execute on any other duties assigned by the district manager.
