POSITION OVERVIEW
Bernstein Shur is seeking an experienced associate to join our prominent and sophisticated Business Law practice group in its Portland, Maine office. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of general corporate and transactional experience. Maine bar membership will be required.
