Description
PURPOSE:
Assist Accounting department with entering data, American Express and Visa reconciliation, 3-way matching and other duties as needed. Helps with organization and filing. Acts as an assistant for the electronic expense reporting program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Help ensure accuracy and reconciliation of Company American Express and Visa cards
•Assists in processing of expense reports in Concur
•Assists in GL account reconciliations
•Assists in vendor account reconciliations
•3-way matching of vendor invoices with purchase orders
•Maintain Accounting department filing system
•Distribute mail daily
•Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
•Exceptional organizational skills
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
•Accounting experience
•Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
Preferred:
•Bachelor’s degree
•5 years in accounting
•Experience with Concur
•Experience with NetSuite
Physical/Environmental Requirements:
•Office environment
•Ability to sit for extended periods of time
