In Home Aide

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, allowing them to remain in their familiar surroundings.

Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health status.
• Feeding, meal prep and shower assistance.
• Take the member to his Dr visit with his wheelchair van.
• Toileting, emptying catheter bag
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary use hoyelift.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs according to client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervor.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
• ATTN: Hoye Life is require, no experience needed.

Qualifications

• Able to push the hoye lift with member in it.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to lift clients safely and assist with mobility as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.78 - $15.15 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

• 10 hour shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift
