Global Project Manager

Arvato is hiring a dynamic, hands-on Project Manager to join our team. Due to our continued hyper growth, we are looking for a strong Global Project Manager who can successfully drive critical projects to completion with minimal supervision. This position is critical to the success of our growth for our Key Client.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can drive projects to on-time delivery, with a focus on quality in a very fast-paced environment. You will have knowledge of supply chain management and feel comfortable working in an open, dynamic, and international environment. You will leverage your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, while being a team player who can communicate effectively, both internally and with our clients. You have an open mindset and can quickly adapt to new technologies and software tools to drive innovation.

YOUR TASKS

• Manage large, complex projects and for our global client
• Manage cross-functional teams for Engineering, IT, Operations, HR, QA, Transportation, Security, Legal and Finance through the full project management lifecycle
• Coordinate project initiatives across different departments and distribution centers.
• Understand client requirements and transform them into business models, Work directly with our customer on external projects
• Document current processes, identify improvements and lead change management initiatives based on industry best practices, drive continuous improvements with the global cross-functional teams to reduce costs and optimize process and efficiencies
• Support our reporting team to develop new reporting's and KPI / SLA dashboards
• Implement a global project plan and maintain internal tracking tool
• Deliver presentations and communicate broad business topics to management, employees, peers, vendors, and clients
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills while at the same time able to bond with team to motivate and maintain workflow and timelines
