Role Overview
We are seeking a talented writer to join our Content team. As part of Bessemer's Corporate Strategy & Communications department, the Content team is responsible for conveying who we are and what we do, crafting compelling stories that showcase our deep expertise and the values-driven culture that defines Bessemer Trust. We collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to bring these stories to life.
Responsibilities
- Writing, editing, and proofreading investment, wealth planning, and family office management thought leadership and capabilities-related content.
- Crafting content for various formats, including print and online publications, video, speeches, invitations, brochures, letters/emails, social media, and presentation materials.
- Interacting with senior management and key stakeholders across Bessemer Trust to develop content.
- Coordinating with other groups on design and distribution of communications.
- Assisting in development of a thoughtful publication calendar.
- Participating in the team's strategic planning discussions and assisting with various activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least five years of experience within financial services.
- Familiarity with investment and wealth management topics preferred.
- Skilled at writing and storytelling for thought leadership and digital platforms, such as web, email, and social media.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across all levels.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive based on individual and company performance.
Eligible employees may participate in a 401 (k) program with a company profit sharing contribution, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability coverage and paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
