Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls promptly and provide efficient and high-quality care to patients in need.
- Perform patient assessments to determine the extent of injuries or illnesses and provide appropriate treatment.
- Administer basic life support techniques, including airway management and CPR, to stabilize patients.
- Utilize medical equipment and tools effectively to provide necessary care, such as administering injections and conducting physical examinations.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and emergency response teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Transport patients safely to medical facilities, utilizing driving skills and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with hospital staff during patient handoffs to ensure continuity of care and accurate information transfer.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatments provided, and any relevant medical information.
- Stay updated on the latest medical practices and procedures to enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
