Role Description
We're looking for a curious, creative, and organized marketing professional early in their career who's excited to learn, contribute, and grow. This role supports a variety of marketing initiatives, from content and design to social media and partnership coordination. This is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing a few hats while building a strong marketing foundation.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, print, email, and social channels
- Assist with content creation, including writing and editing copy for emails, websites, social posts, and marketing materials
- Help design, update, and format assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist with managing and scheduling social media content; help monitor engagement and respond as needed
- Support partnership and relationship-based marketing efforts, including coordinating assets, communications, and timelines with partners
- Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and project documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Assist with basic reporting, analytics, and campaign performance tracking
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as projects evolve
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop preferred)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with managing or supporting social media accounts
- Comfortable supporting partner relationships and external communications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience with social media scheduling tools, emailing marketing platforms
- Basic understanding of partnership, affiliate, or community marketing
- Interest in growing skills across content, brand, or digital marketing
- Experience in B2B, healthcare, or professional services marketing
