Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques.
- Lead the outbound marketing team to greater levels of individual and collective performance and take responsibility for that performance.
- Develop existing strategies for lead generation and conversion and lead on the testing and creation of new ones.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to the management team.
- Continuously refine and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot) effectively to track customer interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential for additional business.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.
Requirements for Success:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in IT systems and tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Natural leadership skills and team leadership experience
- Proven track-record in ‘cold’ marketing methods, including cold-calling
- Excellent communication skills across various channels, demonstrating clarity, empathy, and persuasive abilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, enabling efficient prioritization and execution of tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.

Remuneration
Basic Salary: Competitive and variable on experience
Commission: Based on appointments booked departmental performance
Discretionary bonuses and quarterly incentives available from time to time.
