The Workforce Planner will be responsible for forecasting staffing needs, developing strategic workforce plans, and ensuring optimal allocation of human resources across the organization. This role involves analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

How will you contribute:

• Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
• Analyze current workforce metrics and trends to forecast future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing requirements and ensure appropriate workforce levels.
• Create detailed staffing plans and models, including headcount forecasts, hiring plans, and succession planning.
• Monitor and report on key workforce metrics, such as turnover rates, vacancy rates, and time-to-fill positions.
• Identify skills gaps and work with HR and training teams to develop initiatives to address these gaps.
• Optimize workforce allocation to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews of workforce plans to ensure they remain aligned with business objectives.
• Use data analytics to provide insights and recommendations for workforce strategies.
• Support change management initiatives related to workforce planning and staffing.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and talent management.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workforce planning, talent management, or a related HR role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with workforce analytics and forecasting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in workforce planning or talent management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

This position is currently classified as on-site.

Base Salary Range: $84,500 - $104,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
