Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager located in Ankeny, IA. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional care for pets, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role also includes scheduling, inventory management, financial oversight, and promoting our services.
Qualifications
- Management and leadership skills to supervise and motivate staff
- Customer service and communication skills to interact with pet owners
- Organizational and multitasking abilities for scheduling, inventory, and financial management
- Experience in pet care or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Ankeny, IA
