- Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues
- Carry out necessary repairs to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to hotel facilities and equipment
- Work closely with other hotel departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols
- Keep detailed logs of all maintenance and repair work
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks as required
