What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Night Auditor (Part time) position at Best Western Plus Anderson?
We’re looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night Auditor's responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. Availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday is a must.
Responsibilities
- Check-in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent.
- Stock guest supplies, sundry and Soda machine.
- Take out overnight trash from the front desk and all entry-way around the building.
- Fold the left-over laundry and other tasks as assigned with minimal supervision
Skills
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Experience with facilities management
- An eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work overnight
- Ability to operate front office equipment and computes
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
