What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Best Western Plus - Northwoods Inn?
We are looking to add an outgoing, people person to our morning breakfast team. The Breakfast Attendant is an incredibly important position to ensuring that our each of our guests have the best stay experience possible. Breakfast Attendant responsibilities include set-up, preparation, stocking, and cleaning the morning breakfast buffet while interacting with guests. If you are a morning person with great customer service skills, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Greets all guests promptly in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Prepares, serves, and maintains food presentation in breakfast buffet
- Maintains cleanliness in breakfast room and dining spaces
- Cleans buffet, dining room, and kitchen after service
- Maintains inventory for department and assists with stock ordering
- Communicate with front desk and maintenance staff to ensure property is clean and prepared to accommodate guests’ needs
Skills
- Work experience in customer service or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
