We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest rooms while also assisting with laundry duties effectively. This is a part time day shift position and some weekends are required. Must be reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying and folding.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and organized according to Best Western standards
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and laundry procedures
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices is a plus
