Systems Analyst

📍 Location: Richmond, VA (2–3 days/week onsite)

💼 About the Role:

We're looking for a Systems Analyst with healthcare claims processing expertise, ideally someone with deep knowledge of MMIS or large-scale claims systems. You'll play a key role in data conversion, ETL processes, test case development, and defect tracking. Experience in Teradata is a must; Mainframe and DB2 skills are a plus.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 5 years in SIT & UAT test case development & execution
• 5 years writing complex Teradata/SQL queries
• Strong data validation & defect tracking experience
• Expertise in metrics reporting and stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of claims processing software (preferred)
• Experience with Mainframe testing (preferred)

🧠 Responsibilities Include:

• Lead system integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing
• Work across vendors, technical teams, and business users
• Manage and triage defects across MES modules and COTS products
• Track and maintain historical testing data and reports
