What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouser position at BesTitle Agency Inc?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtains closed file from Escrow Officer/Assistant
- Scans into system to retain proper documentation as required by company policy.
- Prepares loan package to be returned to the lender per their instructions.
- Compile any internal documentation required to issue policies, etc.
- Send payoffs, miscellaneous disbursements remaining in file.
- Prepare documents for recording (either electronic or hand carried where required)
- Submit e-recordings and/or coordinate hand carried recordings.
