What you’ll do as a Dietary Aide:
- Prepare and serve meals, act as host/hostess to provide the warmth of a family with services of a fine dining environment
- Bus and reset tables in the dining room following meals
- Restock dining room condiments and clean dining room after meals
- Adhere to and convey a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of tenants
What’s required as a Dietary Aide:
- Support the mission, vision and values of Bethany Life.
- Ability to work effectively with all co-workers in a team environment.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
