What are the responsibilities and job description for the Golf Bag Room Attendant position at Bethesda Country Club?
Bethesda Country Club is hiring full and part time Golf Bag Room Attendants for the Fall/Winter season. This position will assist members in cleaning and organizing their golf bags, cleaning and maintaining a fleet of 64 golf carts, and maintaining all golf practice facilities. Bag Room Attendant Essential Functions:
- Assist members and their guests as needed.
- Create a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Clean and distribute member clubs and golf carts.
- Open, close, and maintain the Putting Green, Driving Range, and Short Game practice facilities.
- Work outdoors for extended periods in seasonal conditions.
- Work individually and in a team environment.
Bag Room Attendant Requirements:
- Golf Enthusiast!
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
- Frequent running may be required to assist members in need.
- Team player and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work throughout the week, weekends and some holidays.
