Bethlehem Construction Inc. is currently seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our construction team. The Excavator Operator will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient excavation processes, adherence to safety guidelines, and collaboration with the broader construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavators, executing excavation and grading activities, and contributing to the overall success of construction projects.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and graders
- Perform excavation and grading tasks according to project specifications
- Safely load and unload materials using heavy equipment
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate excavation and grading
