The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and grow a comprehensive and candidate-centric talent function supporting all levels of the BetMGM organization.

About the Role
The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and grow a comprehensive and candidate-centric talent function supporting all levels of the BetMGM organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to proactively address aggressive expansion plans that target diverse pools of talent.
- Inspire and lead with empathy, while developing a highly cohesive and high-performing team
- Effectively partner with key stakeholders, including Sr. Leadership to understand the talent landscape and internal capabilities
- Use creative and innovative techniques to completely own talent strategy & candidate sourcing, while maintaining the highest level of qualified candidates.
- Leverage recruiting metrics, insights and reporting to drive positive change by enhancing our recruitment processes and/or strategies
- Seek out recruiting trends and understanding the competitive landscape; Address and/or create opportunities were necessary
- Providing thought leadership and guidance on technology, tools and resources utilized to create a simple and intuitive candidate/ hiring leader experience; Ensure that recruiting tools are effective, optimized and widely adopted
- Design and execute a compelling employment brand by illustrating BetMGM’s unique value proposition, cultural attributes and more. Partner with OD and Total Rewards to develop EVP.
- Deliver compelling campaigns online and in social channels; responsible for partnering with creative teams to create talent acquisition assets.
Education
- Bachelors or advanced degree in business preferred but not required
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 10 years of recent and relevant experience
- 3 years of leading a Talent Acquisition team
- Previous experience in building recruiting strategies with DE&I at the forefront
- Comfortable and agile with leading through change and at times, ambiguity
- Experience delivering excellent results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Track record as trusted advisor to team members at all levels
- Demonstrated success in identifying and developing high performing teams
