Job Overview
We are currently hiring for Confluence, PA.
Schedule is as follows:
Monday 10A.M.-5P.M, Tuesday 9A.M.-6P.M. and Thursday 9A.M.-5P.M. The consumer may want an occasional Saturday shift.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Report any changes in clients’ physical or emotional health to appropriate personnel.
- Uphold resident rights by ensuring privacy, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
- Assist with memory care techniques for clients experiencing cognitive decline.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
