What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute sales & marketing strategies aligned with community goals
- Handle inbound inquiries, guide prospective residents through tours, and manage the move-in process
- Build and strengthen referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and community groups
- Use CRM tools to track lead activity, conversions, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, resident-centered move-in experience
- Analyze market trends and identify local growth opportunities
- Demonstrated success in senior living or healthcare sales & marketing
- Experience managing inquiries, tours, and occupancy pipelines
- Strong external business development and networking skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data tracking
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for supporting seniors and their families during key transitions
- A self-starter mentality with a strategic, team-oriented approach
