About us

BetterCraft Cabinets is a custom woodworking shop specializing in residential cabinetry. We work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, Monday-Thursday.

Starting pay is based off of relevant experience, and increases are earned through performance and developing competency in all aspects of work. We are looking for hard working individuals to join our team! Previous experience in cabinetry is strongly desired.

```Duties:```
- Assemble and fabricate various cabinet products according to drawings and specifications

- Solid Surface fabrication (countertops, attaching sinks, etc.)

- Assist with cabinet deliveries when needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Install fixtures and components accurately and efficiently
- Operate CNC machines for precision cutting and shaping of materials

```Skills:```
- Strong ability to assemble and fabricate components
- Experience using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
- Knowledge of fixture installation techniques

- Ability to 'figure out' how to to buid/assemble custom elements

Preferred Experience:

- Woodworking techniques (cutting, gluing, hardware, etc.)

- Construction of laminate countertops

- Door/drawer hanging

- Cabinet finishing and painting

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They will have prior experience working in a cabinet shop and can pick up our processes and tasks quickly.

Starting pay is largely dependent on previous experience, and demonstrated skills within the first 2 weeks of employment with us.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
