Job Description
Position requires preparation, cooking, counter service, sanitation, stocking of products, and exceptional customer service. Must be a team player and work well with others. Knowledge of natural organic foods, lifestyle diets such as keto, paleo vegan etc. and preparation is a plus.Job Responsibilities
- Maintains department layout and product merchandising.
- Works with Team Leader to resolve team concerns or issues.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities
- Achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
- Contributes to a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
- Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs to satisfy and delight customers
- Ensures all customers are served in a timely manner so that customer satisfaction is exceeded.
- Responds promptly to customer needs and questions.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitizing practices.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
- Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching.
- Exposure to temperatures: <32 degrees Fahrenheit (freezing), 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit (refrigerators), >90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives and box cutters.
- May require use of ladders.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Food handler certificate is a plus.
