This role is ideal for a detail-oriented machinist who thrives in a high-precision environment and takes pride in producing quality parts to tight tolerances.The CNC Grinder will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC grinding equipment while ensuring all quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC grinding machines efficiently and accuratelyRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructionsProduce parts consistently to close tolerances and strict quality requirementsPerform calculations and use precision inspection tools to verify part accuracyAnalyze, troubleshoot, and debug new processes or methods as requiredMonitor and maintain oil and coolant levels dailyFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaPerform all duties with a strong focus on productivity and qualityRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Vocational School education with hands-on machining training4–5 years of CNC machining experience (5 years preferred)Experience machining titanium, stainless steel, and high-temperature alloysAbility to work within tight tolerances, including ±0.00015Strong understanding of surface finishes and inspection methodsProficiency with indicating and precision measurement toolsWorking knowledge of metric to imperial conversions (preferred)Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitudeMust have U.S. permanent residency or authorized to work without restriction How to apply:Click the “Apply to Job” button and follow the instructions to submit your resume or email it to the lead recruiter Vanessa Gotha vgotha@bitsrecruiting.comAbout BITS Recruiting:For 35 plus years BITS Recruiting has been at the forefront of providing top level technology professionals to our clients across the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area, Canada and beyond.
