We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Marketing Manager to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. Duties
- Provide executive administrative support.
- Coordinate and plan events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Make marketing newsletter, social media posts, and blogs.
- Manage office operations, including filing, clerical duties, and front desk responsibilities.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to information as needed.
- Conduct proofreading and transcription of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service support.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Show vacant units.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a personal assistant is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document signing processes is preferred.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical for this role.
- Previous experience in office management or customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
