## Duties
- Provide a range of hair and beauty services including haircuts, coloring, styling, manicures, pedicures, facials, and makeup applications
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Use salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Perform nail care services including manicures and pedicures
- Conduct eyelash extensions and makeup applications
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following health and safety guidelines
- Offer mentoring to junior staff members
- Handle front desk duties as needed
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in salon software for appointment scheduling and client management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell services and products
- Knowledge of nail care techniques including manicures and pedicures
- Ability to sanitate workstations and tools to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in eyelash extensions and makeup application
- Front desk experience in a salon setting
- Familiarity with straight razor techniques
