BELFOR Franchise Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced salesperson/recruiter for its newest brand, JUNKCO . This is a great opportunity to get on the ground floor of a new franchise brand in the junk hauling/demolition industry. This position is accountable for identifying, engaging, qualifying and recruiting new owners into the JUNKCO community.
This position will report to the VP of Franchise Sales & Development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming lead inquiries.
- Conduct initial calls with interested candidates to provide insight on JUNKCO franchise recruitment process, to understand the candidate's decision-making process and timing, and to qualify candidates for consideration.
- Schedule and complete calls, webinars and discovery events that help candidates understand how the franchise offering meets their objectives.
- Manage a robust pipeline, organize and track all sales activities through our CRM tool, including providing required activity and forecasting reports to management.
- Meet sales goals, while strictly adhering to all internal and federal regulations governing franchise development
- Track lead generation results and work with management to suggest new opportunities for prospecting.
Critical Skills:
- 3-5 years of applicable sales experience (i.e. phone-based, consultative, relationship driven)
- Proven track record of meticulous, self-directed follow-through
- Experience managing prospects through multiple interactions in the sales process.
- Skilled at handling a large pool of active candidates using sales management software
- Fast paced, high volume, franchise sales experience with similar brands (residential & commercial services, van/home based, low investment, no real estate) is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to create relationships of trust over the phone and give dynamic presentations via phone, webinar and video conferencing
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent sales experience (5 years)
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate prospective franchise owners schedules (may occasionally include evening or weekend phone appointments)
- Ability to inquire and capture the desires and needs of potential franchisees and leverage this information into sales
- Experience in starting/owning a successful business is a significant plus
- Some travel required
- No criminal record or bankruptcy history (due to regulatory disclosure requirements)
