We are a multi-branded franchisor (https://www.belforfranchisegroup.com) based in Ann Arbor, MI. As a franchisor, we introduce aspiring entrepreneurs to our brands, sell them a franchise when it appears to be a great fit, train them on how to provide the related services, and coach/support them in growing their business.

How Does This Role Fit Within That?

This is a critical position on our National Accounts team, managing service schedules, documentation review, communications, and invoicing large accounts we facilitate for our franchisees.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support existing national and regional accounts as the primary contact
  • Review work orders, service reports, provide related feedback, and create invoices
  • Ensure team members understand and comply with company contracts
  • Maintain a positive attitude to provide great customer service internally and externally
  • Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records

Qualifications

  • Possesses superior attention to detail
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has previous experience in a role providing great customer service
  • Able to productively work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have good analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Should exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Strong computer and software skills, including Excel, Word, and Google Suite
  • Experience in a similar role or a position where related skills were frequently used is recommended
