Assembly Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) kitchen cabinets using power tools and hand tools, following detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Use power drills, screwdrivers, hammers, and other tools to complete tasks.
• Always follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift with frequent bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and perform team lifts for items over 51 lbs.

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and finger dexterity are required continually.
• Frequently lifts or pushes items over 50 lbs.

• Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and loud noise.
