What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic tools required – power tools a plus!
- Reliable transportation can lift 40–50 lbs
🔧 Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience
- CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a PLUS, not required)
- Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
