Job Description: Fills in for absent Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers and Leasing Professionals. While serving as the Management presence will direct and coordinate the operational activities of the community according to the directives provided by the Community Manager/Area Manager/RVP requesting coverage. As Leasing Professional will assist the Manager while showing and leasing apartments. Provides support with special projects to various departments within the company.

Education/Experience: A minimum of a High School diploma plus a minimum of one year of multifamily leasing or residential property management experience.
Math Ability: Must have basic math skills and the ability to examine reports and data in order to verify accuracy and correct if in error.
Reasoning Ability: Anticipates potential problems and acts proactively to resolve.
Language Ability: Very good written and oral communication skills.
Computer Skills: Good skill level with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi.
Other: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and personal auto insurance. Position requires frequent travel and overnight stays. Incumbents must be willing to travel and spend days/nights in another town.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No.

- Provides input and assistance in Intellishop semi-annual training events as needed.
- Advises communities what materials the site must provide in advance of coverage.
- Attends all applicable seminars, including accounting, in order to remain current on policies and procedures.
- Pursues continuing education in order to enhance knowledge of leasing and skills.
- Attends trade functions for the purpose of networking and recruiting.
