Summary: A Production Associate Returns is responsible for processing customer returns. Associates in this position will quality control the item to determine the condition. Associates will use computers and scanners to pull up the orders in our system and generate correct refund to the customer. Returns associates must work safely and efficiently and should be flexible to handle changes in direction and product types. This position requires frequent bending, lifting, reaching, standing, and fine motor skills.

Essential Duties:

• Carefully inspect returned product to grade the quality.
• Review products for security tags.
• Attach a BHFO tag to items without tags.
• Look up orders in our system and accurately apply the correct refund to our customer.
• Use a handheld steamer to remove wrinkles from garments, thus improving their presentation.
• Use a handheld scanner to scan items and update quantities or move forward for further processing.
• Use a portable label printer to print item barcodes and affix to the proper products.
• Work efficiently and accurately to achieve daily production goals set by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and well stocked work area to promote efficiency and decrease risk of product damage.
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work quickly to achieve daily productivity goals.
• Ability to count and do simple subtraction and addition of single or double digit numbers.

• Ability to make independent decisions on categorization when sorting product.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours at a time or duration of shift, ability to twist, bend, and lift consistently.

• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects various distances throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
• The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
• The ability to speak clearly so others can understand
• Fine motor skills including reach, grasp, pinch, and touch.

• Work Environment:

• Temperature controlled Warehouse environment with moderate level of noise.
