DAY IN THE LIFE AS A REGISTERED NURSE ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR
As a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC), you will be responsible for preparing assessments for our residents at our facility to ensure the services they receive are appropriate and effective. Your attention to detail and clinical experience will help you to evaluate and identify changes in our residents conditions and initiate appropriate steps. You understand being responsible for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid programs. Most importantly, you go home knowing you made a difference in the lives of others!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed as an RN
- Previous experience in a long term care facility
- Previous MDS experience
