A multi-location healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Brand Experience to own and elevate the company’s brand across digital, in-person, and internal culture initiatives. This role blends creative production, brand strategy, employee experience, and execution across multiple states.
Responsibilities Include:

Lead a full website overhaul in collaboration with external designers

Manage content, feedback cycles, brand guidelines, and website launches

Coordinate videographers to capture high-quality footage across all locations

Build and maintain a consistent visual library for marketing, recruiting, and culture

Plan and execute employee events across multiple states

Oversee logistics, vendors, communications, and event branding
-
Create a unified employee experience that strengthens culture and belonging

Own the overall social media strategy and content calendar

Publish videos, event recaps, location highlights, employee spotlights, and culture content

Ensure brand alignment and consistent storytelling across all channels

Manage external creators and agencies when needed

Drive internal brand and culture initiatives in partnership with leadership
