Job Description: Surgical Tech, Full-time, first shift $15,000 sign-on bonus Job Description: The surgical technologist is a technically trained person who functions as a member of the surgical team and performs under the supervision of the Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or higher. Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist program required within 6 months of hire. Good clinical, organizational, communication, customer service and critical thinking skills required. Ability to work in a stressful environment required. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred. BLS preferred upon hire; required within 90 days. Recent experience as a Surgical Technologist in an Acute Care Facility preferred.
