Job Description: Surgical Technician Under the direction of the OR Clinical Manager, OR Charge Nurse, and/or the Director of Surgical Services, functions as a member of the surgical services team. Performs routine duties of preparing for procedures in both operating and endoscopy suites. Creates and maintains a sterile field, provides the required instruments and supplies, assists surgeons, and anticipates and responds to the needs of the surgical team in caring for surgical services patients. Complies with the policies, principles and activities established by the Code of Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Program.
