- You’ll greet visitors to the Bemidji Admin. Office and answer telephones providing information or follow-up.
- You will assess caller or visitor needs and direct them to resources and staff.
- You’ll provide information about available resources or services.
- You’ll handle, sort and distribute mail; and maintain office and program supplies.
- Minimum job requirements are reading, communication, math and problem-solving skills equivalent to High School Diploma or GED, and three years of related experience in a job involving office skills.
