BIA Home Care Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated home healthcare aids to join our team. We provide in-home care services to individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living, elderly care, and post-surgery recovery. As a home healthcare aid, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and support with daily tasks
- Administer medication reminders and monitor overall health and wellbeing
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to clients' dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all care provided
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and compassionate nature
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
